Early snow

Still autumn on Tuesday morning.
Still autumn on Tuesday morning.

Surprise, surprise. The weather systems delivered some unusually early snow this year. Usually we see a few snowflakes in the air at the end of november that disappears before it reaches the ground. But the night between Tuesday and Wednesday it snowed and the snow is still on the ground in the suburbs. Most snow has melted in the city center though. The pictures come from Malmö in Sweden. I share this post with Our World Tuesday and  Skywatch Friday.

  1. The first snowfall is always so pretty. It looks magical on your post. However, we have been having extremely nice weather in Illinois (U.S.A.) and keeping our fingers and toes crossed this kind of warmth continues for a little while longer. Sometimes we have snow in Mid-October. No snowflakes yet. Have a nice week-end. Hope warmer weather shows up where you live soon.
